  • “Properties” refer to the shortlet apartments provided by CC & CG Homes.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as stated during the reservation process.
  • Payment methods include online transfers, credit/debit cards, or as specified during booking.
  • Check-in time is 2:00PM and Check-out time is 12:00PM

2.2 Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 6 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a refund minus a processing fee of 85%.
  • No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 1 hour of the check-in date.

2.3 Changes to Booking

  • Requests to amend bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

3. Use of the Property

3.1 Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for the care of the property and its contents during their stay.
  • Any damages, loss, or misuse of the property will be charged to the guest.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal activities, excessive noise, and activities that disturb neighbors are strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking is not allowed unless explicitly stated in the property details.

3.3 Occupancy Limits

  • Each property has a maximum occupancy limit. Guests exceeding this limit may be denied entry or charged additional fees.

4. Website Use

4.1 Content Ownership

  • All content, images, and materials on https://cccghomes.com are owned by CC & CG Homes. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

  • While we strive to ensure accuracy, we are not liable for errors or omissions on our website.

5. Privacy Policy

  • We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

  • We reserve the right to terminate bookings or deny access to guests who violate these terms.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of The Federal Republic of Nigeria.

9. Amendments

  • CC & CG Homes reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to https://cccghomes.com.
